Q: Could you please share the customer’s feedback, including which products they ordered and how they use them? A: Absolutely! This customer from North America ordered two of our products in one go: a barrel sauna and a wooden hot tub, transforming their home garden into an immersive healing space.
The barrel sauna features a charcoal – black tiled roof and a transparent glass door, equipped with an imported heater and log benches inside. The wooden hot tub is crafted from premium natural cedar and comes with an intelligent temperature control system. The customer installed both on a wooden deck in the garden, creating a complete healing routine of “sauna steaming followed by hot tub soaking”.
The customer shared that while relaxing in the barrel sauna, they can enjoy the garden’s greenery and water features through the glass door. After sweating it out in the sauna, stepping into the cedar hot tub right away makes all the day’s fatigue melt away instantly. They added that this dual experience of “sauna + hot soak” at home is even more satisfying than visiting a high – end spa.
Moreover, the barrel – shaped sauna and the wooden hot tub blend seamlessly with the garden’s natural style, turning the ordinary outdoor area into a private wellness retreat. Whether unwinding alone or spending quality time with family, this setup always brings immense joy and relaxation.
Our team provided one – stop services throughout the process, from product customization and logistics delivery to installation guidance. The customer commented that these two products not only meet their dual demands for a healthy lifestyle and garden aesthetics but also elevate the ritual sense of at – home wellness. This feedback stands as the best testament to our philosophy of “creating scenario value through quality products”.
