Today, as I revisit the collaboration with this American farmer-client, what comes to mind is not just a successfully delivered sauna, but a cross-border friendship warmed by “Chinese elements”. He is a shepherd in the ranch and an explorer of life. Our cooperation started with an outdoor wood-burning sauna and eventually evolved into a rare bond built on trust and sharing.
From Farm Needs to Custom Solution: The Birth of an Outdoor Wood-Burning Sauna
This client, deeply rooted in American farming and engaged in raising sheep and cattle, came to us with a clear goal: to have an outdoor sauna that can withstand the farm’s climate and fit into the rural style. The reference images you provided (4 in total) were his ideal blueprint.
Considering the outdoor setting of the farm and his preference for a “rustic vibe”, we directly recommended an outdoor sauna equipped with a wood-burning stove. For the wood, we chose deeply carbonized pine, which is suitable for the farm environment due to its rot and moisture resistance, and its natural texture blends perfectly with the rustic atmosphere of the farm. The client was very satisfied with the practicality and stylistic expression of the wood, and the plan was quickly finalized.
A “Chinese Surprise” at Delivery: Heartwarming Resonance with a Chinese Driver
When the client sent a message: “Hi Li, yes it has arrived. The delivery driver was Chinese, so I’ve had the full experience, which makes me want to visit your country even more.” and attached photos of the wooden crates in the warehouse, I suddenly realized that this sauna had long surpassed being just a product—it had become a link between two cultures. His playful remark, “The next challenge is just finding the time to put it all together!” , was brimming with anticipation for this new landmark on the farm.
Professional Protection for Outdoor Scenarios: Dual Guarantees of Wood-Burning Stove and Protection
For the outdoor farm environment, we made three adaptations:
Core Stove: An outdoor wood-burning stove was chosen, which fits the farm style and can be used stably even when there is a power outage.
Roof Protection: An asphalt shingle roof was adopted to resist wind, rain, and sun exposure, extending the service life.
Maintenance Advice: It is recommended to regularly apply outdoor wood oil to keep the wood beautiful and durable in the farm environment for a long time.
Trust and Friendship: A Natural Connection from Business to Life
During the cooperation, he enthusiastically shared photos of his sheep and cattle on the farm, and even though “his phone camera was busted”, he persistently sent pictures of the blue sky and green grass of the farm. This unreserved sharing of life made me realize that professional service is the foundation, but sincere communication is the soul that makes cooperation shine.
Now, this wood-burning sauna has been installed on his farm (as shown in the picture, the client specially sent a real-scene photo after installation), becoming a healing landmark on the farm. This experience also makes us more convinced that we are not only suppliers of sauna products, but also partners who can build a life aesthetic with clients.
This case is a custom story of an outdoor wood-burning sauna, and it is also a warm footnote of “China connection” in cross-border cooperation—it proves that good products can connect lands, and sincere communication can connect hearts.
