In a courtyard in California, a custom barrel sauna by HefuSauna has become the core of the owner
’
s at-home healing routine. This outdoor sauna, crafted by HefuSauna, seamlessly blends minimalist design and practical functionality into an American-style courtyard, opening up a new chapter of healthy living for the client.
Custom Needs and Solutions
The American client wanted a sauna that fits an outdoor courtyard, features a minimalist style, and is durable. The HefuSauna team developed a custom barrel sauna solution based on these needs:
Constructed from natural solid wood, treated for rot and moisture resistance to adapt to California’s climate;
The barrel structure saves space, and its rounded shape naturally integrates with the courtyard’s greenery and wooden landscapes;
The glass door design ensures ample lighting while allowing the client to enjoy the courtyard view.
Real-Scene Presentation: A Healing Landmark in the Courtyard
After installation (as seen in the real-scene photos), the HefuSauna barrel sauna stands out as a highlight in the courtyard:
The asphalt shingle roof resists wind and rain, with its dark gray tone creating a visual contrast with the solid wood;
The internal double-layer solid wood benches accommodate multiple users, and the efficient electric heating system heats up quickly.
Client Feedback: “HefuSauna’s barrel sauna is a ‘healing oasis’ in my home, allowing me to enjoy a professional sauna experience right at home.”
